I am a Licensed New York State Home Inspector and adhere to the NYS Standards of Practice. I am also a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and adhere to their Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.

It is the oldest and most respected professional association of home inspectors in North America. ASHI's code of Ethics and Standards of Practice are the most widely accepted home inspection guidelines in use today.
